HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you should need to make a return, please follow the directions below.
1. Please notify us via email, the form below or by calling 419.830.4478.
2. Please include a copy of your invoice or order number with your return merchandise.
3. Write a brief description of why you're returning/exchanging the item.
4. Please tell us which item(s) you would like in exchange if known.
5. Mail your return merchandise to the address listed on your package.
Postage charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
Note: Cityboyz offers the guarantee that if you’re dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact and returned within 2 weeks of receipt of merchandise.
